Delivery time: Orders are sent from our farm-country HQ in New South Wales, Australia, and typically arrive in 7–14 business days. You'll get tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping cost: A flat US$19.95 on every US order — and free shipping on orders over US$150.

Import duties & taxes: US customs rules changed in 2025, so international orders may be subject to import duties collected by the carrier on delivery. We're rolling out prepaid duties at checkout so there are never any surprises — in the meantime, please reach out any time and we'll help however we can.
