How to get the right size and make shopping easy.

WHAT size should I get?

Sizing can vary, however we do pride ourselves to have a good range all true to size, and bigger
not smaller then average. If you are unsure, best to get the next size up. All
our garments are slightly bigger makes compared to commercial store-bought
garments. Polo rompers also have no elastic in the legs so are longer for this
reason compared to our western style rompers which have added elastic.

Western shirts are made longer for best kept tucked in and longer length in arms to keep coverage and sun safe. 100% cotton. Please check our sizing guide. Sizing

Please choose and place your order carefully as we cannot return items, due to change of mine. Also depending on stock, incorrect sizing ordered may not always be able to be returned. The style of each clothing item differs in sizing, if you are concerned about ordering the correct size, please contact us via our "Contact Us" page and I will happily send you measurements or help with suggested size.

SIZING/SHIPPING for pre-order

Pre-order is available for some listed items, that will be clearly marked in title name and it is a great way to purchase items before anyone else snaps them up! When you check out and have order both in stock and pre-order items in your cart. Your pre-orders will be shipped when items come into LWCC HQ and  your in-stock order ship to you with your pre-order also. When pre-ordering clothing, please allow the 2-5 week wait on items and consider your little one may grow in this period. It is best to order the size up in clothing, if you are concerned with sizes. 

If you order is delayed or longer then 5 weeks we can either refund you your money or help track down your missing parcel.

Please be mindful if you would like your other items prior
to your preorder to process a separate cart. 

Exchanges & Returns

Returns are accepted as long as in new, unworn condition with the tags still on. A receipt must be presented and tags still on garment. Store credit is issues as a refund. No refund on change of mind or sale items.

WHERE is it made?

Our clothing is sourced in Australia and worldwide. Our Label is designed in Australia and manufactured offshore, proudly ethically made. 

WHEN will we restock?

We don’t generally repeat colours or prints. We like to change things up to maintain uniqueness and individuality. We do new colours and keep favorites styles but if you love something it generally won’t be back in the same colours ect.  Once we release we wont often have spare
sizes once sold out or more coming in, so best to not leave snapping up the
latest collections . 

WHEN is the next release?

We often do seasonal collections and have little sprinkles of unique one off prints or styles that may release throughout the year. Like Caps, linen and seasonal styles like swimmers, or knits.

CARING for your garment

Our Label garments are designed in Australia and ethically made offshore. We do source some products within Australia and internationally. This is to help you, as our customers to save money and get unique style of clothing. We pride ourselves on quality, affordable children’s clothing.

To get the most out of your little persons clothes we ask you to follow the care label attached. Please take care washing, be aware some items have beads, ribbons and need to be specially looked after when washing. Small parts should be kept away from young children, due to choking hazard. 

Our Garments are all carefully inspected and checked prior to sale for defaults. Due to our large quantity of stock coming through Head Quarters some small defaults could be missed. We are only human and hope you understand. We ask you to please see our returns policy for more information regarding default returns.

POSTAGE when does it get shipped?

Orders will be dispatched from Little Windmill Clothing Co, within 5 business days of placing and payment is received. *Due to high volumes of orders on new releases, dispatchment of your order maybe up to 7-10 days of placing order! If you require an order posted asap please select express postage, this will be shipped same day or next day dispatch. Australia post aim to have you receiving your order within 4-10 days, and express postage orders within 3-5 days. (Orders are normally a lot faster than this outlined period, depending on location). 

Little Windmill Clothing Co is not responsible for any delay within Australia Post or items that are lost in the mail. Please make sure all your mailing information is correct, as Little Windmill Clothing Co will not take any responsibility for incorrect order details when making a purchase. If your item is returned to us due to incorrect address, we will re-send the item at an extra expense to the customer. If the item does not return then we will not offer refund/exchange.
