The basics: Unworn, unwashed items with tags still on can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We don't refund duties or original shipping, and return postage is covered by the customer.
How to start: Email hello@littlewindmillclothingco.com with your order number and what you'd like to do, and we'll send you the return address and steps. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.
Faulty item? If anything arrives faulty or not as described, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
A note on international returns: Because parcels travel a long way, exchanges can take a little time. We'll keep you posted the whole way through.
